I have been working with glass since 1991 and I now offer one-day stained glass courses, giving you the opportunity to explore the Tiffany copper foiling technique in my workshop in Portslade.
About The One-Day Course
There are three fundamental disciplines involved in creating a copper foil stained glass piece of work. Cutting glass, foiling and soldering. Your morning will be spent learning the basics of these skills. So by the afternoon, you will be ready to create a small, roughly A5 piece of art glass work of your own.
Take a look at the pics to see what some of my previous students have created and come along with an open mind, ready to be surprised by what you can achieve in a day.
Times and prices
Your day will start at 10am and finish at 4.30. If these times need a bit of tweaking to suit then that’s fine. I suggest you bring a packed lunch with you and there will be a half hour break at around 1pm.
These courses are for a maximum of two people and cost £115 for one person and £170 for two.
